This years Tournament will be hosted by telnet://twgs.classictw.com/ And Moderated by ElderProphet.
The HHT will Start at 8pm on 10/31/09 …..
The HHT is a HIGHLY Edited Game that has Had some regular settings But has Never Been *exactly* the Same from Year to Year..I have provided FULL disclosure and Will Be playing.
All Issues to be Handled by ElderProphet and his decison is FINAL.

The TWA that is being provided will also be the MAP used in this Game. Import the Game With All map Edits!!! Do Not Rebang the Game if you Want an Accurate Map.Just import it and open it as is.
Some Basic Settings include but are not limited to.
1200 turns 15k Sector Universe **No Time Limit** 6 members per corp ….Many Other Exciting Settings!!!!

A few poeple have pointed out that i didnt post Rules and Have asked there to be an End date….It’s Unlikely,,, but VERY possible,, that this game/edit could be Stalemated. I dont want to be playing the HHT at Christmas this year.So I sought out Advice from a few players and have come up with a solution.

For Whatever reason the Game’s TWA keeps aging So to Clarify the game will open with game age of 30 days.
1. The game will have an End Date 12/10/09 23:59:59 Server Time

2. In the Event the End Date is reached the following point system will be in used to determine a Winner.

100 points for every Captured planet that is level 5 or above that your corp owns.
15 points for every sector with at least 1 corp fig.
100 points for a port with at least 1 product upgraded to the max(fuel,org,equip) Buy or Sell.
50 points for every ship that has the Game start date as the Manufactured Date.That you own at the end of the game.

No Buyouts

In the Case of some Conflict ie double exturn or game data corruption The Game Moderators Decision is Final. (Game Moderator = ElderProphet )

Mega Corping is defined by the Sharing of Hard Assetts ie.Figs.Credits,Citadels,Sectors.

I am Happy to Announce The First Ever EIS Invitational Server Tournament.

This is an Invitational Tournament for the Servers Who Advertise thier Rebangs at EIS Classic TW Forums. The Game is meant to Reflect an Effort to balance Edits and poke holes into certain strategies and aspects of the game.
While the General Edits were BigD’s there have been modifications that he cant be held responsible for. The Complete edit will be available for Download with this post.

The Game Host will be a Commercial Server and will be announced soon.

ElderProphet will be setting up the Game with a Random seed and will have all the passwords to the server.

The Game Moderator will be *** EleqTriziT *** Meaning what he says goes.
This means ALL Decisions on ANY complaints or Suspicions will be His and he is Finale.

This will be a Points based game Keeping the points Very easy to tally at game end……At the end of the game ElderProphet will Export the game and make the file available to download from this forum. ElderProhet will tally the points and anyone can doublecheck his findings..

The Game will start on 5/29/09 and will end on 7/06/09 at 9pm eastern

Rules
1 no Duping . No playing more then 1 account . No accessing your teammates account or your enemies account,No Subs if one player activates an account that is it.If he quits for any reason including tragedy in personal life..You are down a corpy with no replacement available.(Random dupe checks conducted by ElderProphet)

2. Bug Use is forbiden..This means GAME bug use…Spoofing a script is NOT against the rules.If you find a Bug you must report it to EleqTriziT via a PM at this website.

3.No Mega corping. Definition No Hard Sharing of Assetts ie figs/credits/ships/planets/real estate/ between 2 different server teams.No Cross podding for points..

4. No ship or planet buyouts allowed.

5. The Moderator is God and can make any controversial decisions

Points system to be kept simple.

50 points for a level 4 planet that your team created and still own.
150 points for a level 5 planet that your team created and still own.
250 points for a level 6 planet that your team created and still own.
100 points for a level 4 that your team did not Create but own.
200 points for a level 5 that your team did not Create but own.
300 points for a level 6 that your team did not Create but own.

Lastly we will award Kill points. 15 points for each podding 35 points for each Ship Destroyed….****When you pod or ship destroy someone please announce to log to help score keeper.****

**You get no points for Causing someones death ie (figs mines zdy kill a port etc) and you get no points for blowing up your own teammate.**

Also No Death limit and it may look like a Blue Game but I promise you,you will Need REDS…

There will be Time limit of 6 hours with a 15min relog penalty.There will be NO turn Bank use your turns or lose your turns.

All Controversies to be decided upon by EleqTriziT.

Score will be done by ElderProphet but can be checked by all after the game ends.

Game Start will be 5/29/29 at 9pm eastern

Game Practice will be 5/22/ at 9pm eastern

Teams can Enter the Tournament by having the Sysop of the Server Post thier team in this thread.

Well its happened only 2 other times in the History of TW2002. A bunch of people are comming from different parts of the country and are “MEETING” in the spirit of friendship and its happening This year in Kansas City,MO. At the Harrah’s Casino no less!!!!….The first TWCON was held in Las Vegas..   

The second TWCON was held in Virginia Beach,Va and it was just as much fun!!!!

But this year we are holding the TWCON in Kansas City MO.On September 20th and 21st!!

The Guest list includes Space Ghost, Xanos , Auntie B, Willow.Merlin From Merlins Keep!…But wait there is more!!!! The Probable list includes the man himself John Pritchett ( Auther of TWGS) Macahan (co auther of swath) Supermom and none other then our own Promethius..

Announcing Big Chess….. There will be 2 Teams and we will be running Chessv2 with an edit to the Wall Ship allowing it to land….

Briefly
Chess is a Capture the planet style game where each team starts out with a set amount of resources as well as a level 6 “King” planet. If your team loses its King planet The Game is Over.

Winning conditions
If the Log says The planet was invaded… Game over…no capping it back no hiding on planet. ..This clears up any speculation to when the game is over…

If your King Planet is Destroyed You lose..Whether Bumped or Zdy’d.

The Game is over when one Team has invaded or destroyed the Other Teams King Planet.

Settings:

2 teams 1600 turns per day 2day turn bank 20k sectors, Players will be on Corp and in Citadel at start.
King planet will have 40 million credits and 200k figs . Planet will have 20k ore.

Game Will be started on May 16th at 9pm eastern on UTW.
Each team currently is recruiting players And ANYONE who wants to play CAN. none will be turned away.
