What's new:

- The Screen Maximize settings are now working.
- Tw2002 Version 3.08 and up will now access CIM via the "^" character instead of the older Computer Prompt CIM Access.
- Gold Users can access CIM from any point in the Game now.
- Resource mover wouldn't allow planets over 1000 and Sectors larger than 20,000. It is now fixed.
