You may have noticed the [Official EIS forum](https://web.archive.org/web/20010000000000*/https://www.eisonline.com/TWForum/) has been under construction for the past few days. It finally looks like it's in a stable state while the last few bugs are hammered out. It's leaps and bounds above the old format they had. I asked Rick Mead about personal icons and here's his response:
