If you are a SysOp and have had your server approved for inclusion in the database, you may log in to modify or delete your entry via the form below. If you have just submitted your server for inclusion, please note that you will not be able to access it here until it is approved.

To add your server to the database, please fill out the form below. We regret that at this time we cannot index TW servers that are only accessible via a BBS frontend ("RLogin" connection). If you run a Synchronet BBS, the TWGS Robot Service will make your BBS compatible with TWGS Search. If you are a BBS SysOp and are uncertain about what this means, please contact us. Please allow up to 3 days for us to approve your request. If approved, our robot will re-index your server every night. If your server is down for more than a few days, it will be permanently deleted from the database. In order for your server to be visible in the search results, you must run at least one game.
Acceptable Use Policy:
- Ownership: You may not add a server that does not belong to you. For verification purposes, the server address you specify must resolve to your current IP address (38.107.191.104). Whenever adding or changing your server address, you must access TWGS Search from the same machine or LAN as the server computer.
- On Topic: A standalone TWGS must exist at the telnet address specified. The website you provide, if any, must be TradeWars-related.
- Be Respectful: TWGS Search may not be used as a venue for personal attacks against other players or servers. The penalty for violating this rule is immediate de-listing for a time period of our choosing. In addition, please do not include excessive profanity in your server description. There is "zero tolerance" for violations of this rule.
- Consent to Index: Our robot script will index and make public the settings and players of all active games running on the server you specify. This includes games that are not listed on your menu. After your server is approved, you may prevent the indexing of one or more games with the Game Lock Editor in the SysOp Server Editor. By submitting your server to TWGS Search, you consent for this indexing to take place.
